To add a new question, go to the app settings and click on the “Manage questions” button.

Yes! To add an image, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to app settings

2. Click on the “Manage questions” button

3. Click on the question you want to add an image to

4. When editing your answer, click the image icon then add an image from your library

Yes! Users can add a YouTube or Vimeo video easily:

1. Go to app settings

2. Click on the “Manage questions” button

3. Click on the question you want to add a video to

4. When editing your response, click the video icon then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL

5. And there you have it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in the reply text box

The FAQ title can be changed in the settings tab of the app settings. You can also remove the text by unchecking the box in the settings tab.
